Programs on To See God

Dear Fans,

If you are interested perhaps in setting up a program centered around To See God, I can offer you a variety of options:

  1. Book club reading: I will send a set of “Book Club Questions” centering on issues of religious diversity in families, divine visions, child custody battles, and senior romances (involving, of course, my characters Helen Blanco and Nicky Covo). This program would take perhaps 90 minutes, but could be adjusted either way.

2. How imagination and research intersect in writing novels: This is part lecture, part workshop, in which I give specific prompts aimed to free the creative instincts in participants, and we share and comment on our work. This program would probably work best in a two-hour time slot.

Email me at brucejberger@aol.com if you have an interest.

About To See God: "'Are we not living proof of God’s story?' To See God certainly is. It is highly recommended for spiritual readers—especially those who familiar with the prior books in the trilogy, who will find this concluding volume thought-provoking, essential reading." –Midwest Book Review In To See God, Sister Theodora, a devout Greek Orthodox nun who was born Jewish and saved from the Holocaust by the Virgin Mary, has a vision from God telling her that her Black seven-year-old grandnephew in America is the Second Coming of Jesus. Theodora must travel to America, convinced she has a Divine mission to help young Jackie Covo-being raised in an Orthodox Jewish family-recognize who he really is.
